Job Description

This restaurant is part of an independent franchisee operation affiliated with the Jack in the Box brand. Unlike corporate-owned locations, the restaurant is owned and managed by an independent franchisee who oversees all employment aspects within the restaurant. This means that the franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc., will be your direct employer, responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, wages, staffing, scheduling, and all other employment matters. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
  • ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift
  • ServSafe certification
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
  • knowledge of how to recruit, interview, and select management candidates
  • knowledge of financial management and demonstrated financial success
  • good organization and planning skills
