Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Ability to prioritize own and others' work to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability by overseeing P&L and driving financial outcomes
- Motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service
- Address and resolve guest feedback and issues promptly
- Recruit, onboard, and retain effective team members through training and coaching
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
- Oversee labor and scheduling to optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain restaurant brand standards and cleanliness
