Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Ability to prioritize own and others' work to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability by overseeing P&L and driving financial outcomes
  • Motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service
  • Address and resolve guest feedback and issues promptly
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain effective team members through training and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
  • Oversee labor and scheduling to optimize operational efficiency
  • Maintain restaurant brand standards and cleanliness
