Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Lead, motivate, and develop a talented front-of-house team dedicated to genuine hospitality
- Partner with the culinary team to maintain our Farm-to-Table mission and uphold quality and presentation standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial goals, including cost control and labor management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Foster a welcoming environment where guests and team members feel like part of the Furnitureland South community
