- at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by providing coaching to the team
- create a fun and inviting work environment where team members feel respected and valued
- identify 5 Star Talent and ensure effective scheduling placing the right people in the right positions
- manage daily operations and staff with the support of General or District Manager
- drive sales and profits through efficient restaurant management
- oversee hiring, training, and development of team members
- ensure excellent food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- promote teamwork and complete necessary administrative tasks
