  • at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager by providing coaching to the team
  • create a fun and inviting work environment where team members feel respected and valued
  • identify 5 Star Talent and ensure effective scheduling placing the right people in the right positions
  • manage daily operations and staff with the support of General or District Manager
  • drive sales and profits through efficient restaurant management
  • oversee hiring, training, and development of team members
  • ensure excellent food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
  • promote teamwork and complete necessary administrative tasks
