Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures
  • Ability to follow human resources policies and procedures
  • Ability to provide supervisory practices
  • Completion of recommended corporate training programs including crew positional training, management institute and food safety training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
  • Completion of recommended corporate training programs
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to provide effective supervisory practices

Job Duties

  • Assist the general manager in managing daily restaurant operations
  • Participate in achieving store objectives
  • Assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting, and training shift supervisors and crew members
  • Create and maintain an environment of effective team communication and engagement
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Apply Wendy's standard operating procedures, policies, and human resources policies
  • Complete recommended corporate training programs including crew positional training, management institute, and food safety training
