- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures
- Ability to follow human resources policies and procedures
- Ability to provide supervisory practices
- Completion of recommended corporate training programs including crew positional training, management institute and food safety training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
- Completion of recommended corporate training programs
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to provide effective supervisory practices
Job Duties
- Assist the general manager in managing daily restaurant operations
- Participate in achieving store objectives
- Assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting, and training shift supervisors and crew members
- Create and maintain an environment of effective team communication and engagement
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Apply Wendy's standard operating procedures, policies, and human resources policies
- Complete recommended corporate training programs including crew positional training, management institute, and food safety training
