Job Requirements

- Previous experience managing a restaurant or food service operation
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Develop, train, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
- Monitor and maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards in line with company policies
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and payroll to maximize restaurant profitability
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with General Manager on business strategies and performance goals
- Uphold company safety protocols, including compliance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines
