Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ability to work up to 50 hours per week
- flexibility to work weekends as required
- excellent leadership and organizational skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service
- manage and motivate team members to deliver high-quality hospitality
- oversee scheduling and labor costs to maintain profitability
- implement safety, sanitation, and COVID-19 protocols in compliance with CDC guidelines
- develop and train staff through ongoing training and career development programs
- manage inventory and ordering to meet operational demands
- collaborate with the General Manager to achieve sales and financial goals
