Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices

  • Previous experience in both front and back of house operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee food production and preparation following established recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
  • Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs via weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
