Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
- Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Capability to manage both front and back of house operations

- 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong operational and organizational capabilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Oversee front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach and develop team members
- Manage inventory and supplies efficiently
- Ensure high-quality guest experiences
- Lead the team during busy shifts with calm and encouragement
- Maintain operational standards and compliance
