Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Capability to manage both front and back of house operations

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong operational and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Manage inventory and supplies efficiently
  • Ensure high-quality guest experiences
  • Lead the team during busy shifts with calm and encouragement
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance
