Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
