Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be fluent in English

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Support financial performance goals and assist with budgeting and reporting
