at least 3 years in management or supervisory roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry
high school diploma or equivalent
knowledge of cost controls related to food, labor, and bar
strong interpersonal and communication skills
capacity to motivate and lead teams
ability to maintain high standards of service and quality
