Job Requirements

  • at least 3 years in management or supervisory roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • knowledge of cost controls related to food, labor, and bar
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • capacity to motivate and lead teams
  • ability to maintain high standards of service and quality
