Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- General knowledge of full-service restaurant operations or hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
- Strong coaching skills
- Intermediate mathematical computation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Must have valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any other legally required certifications prior to employment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Successful completion of food safety and sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Manage various operational areas including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere
- Assist General Manager in ensuring operations meet company policies and standards
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to guarantee timely compensation and fulfillment of business needs
- Participate in hiring and selection of front-of-house and back-of-house employees
- Support employee training, coaching, and development programs
- Manage performance of hourly staff to ensure success in their roles
- Assist in business administration tasks including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
- Promote the restaurant to build sales, increase profits, and maintain brand integrity
- Enforce responsible alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Schedule and staff employees effectively
- Handle proper cash management
- Conduct local store and grassroots marketing initiatives
- Manage to-go and catering services efficiently
