Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Food safety or sanitation training completion
  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to beginning work
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety or sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge of full-service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills in customer-service and hospitality environment
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere
  • Assist General Manager to ensure operations run efficiently and comply with company policies
  • Ensure vendors and suppliers are compensated and meet business needs
  • Assist in hiring Front of House and Back of House employees
  • Support training and development of restaurant staff
  • Manage hourly employee performance with emphasis on Front of House
  • Assist in general business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • Promote business, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction and brand integrity
