Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Proven leadership in team development and performance management
  • Experience with restaurant operational systems and processes
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
