Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Food Handlers Certification
- Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- Team-oriented and results driven
