Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
  • Capable of climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years food and beverage industry experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the food and beverage industry or private club setting
  • Preferred certifications such as Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer, TABC, and CPR
  • Completion of food and beverage training modules
  • Strong experience handling confidential information
  • Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • Ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
  • Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
  • Monitor the reservation book and oversee room setups for service hours and events
  • Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
  • Assist in training and development programs for service staff
  • Participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
