Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
- Capable of climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years food and beverage industry experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the food and beverage industry or private club setting
- Preferred certifications such as Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer, TABC, and CPR
- Completion of food and beverage training modules
- Strong experience handling confidential information
- Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- Ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
- Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
- Monitor the reservation book and oversee room setups for service hours and events
- Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
- Assist in training and development programs for service staff
- Participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings
- Communicate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
