- valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- legally required certifications if applicable
- high school diploma or ged
- minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to handle confidential information
- ability to manage diverse priorities and tasks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- 2 plus years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
- successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- must be 21 years of age or older
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- general knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
- strong organization and planning skills
- strong customer service and hospitality operational skills
- strong coaching abilities
- intermediate mathematical computation skills
- excellent communication skills both oral and written
- ability to build relationships at all levels

Job Duties
- manage various operational areas including hospitality guest satisfaction safety cleanliness drink presentation and atmosphere
- assist general manager to ensure operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards
- manage vendor and supplier relationships ensuring they meet business needs and are compensated properly
- assist in hiring front of house and back of house employees
- support training and development of restaurant employees
- manage performance of hourly employees with an emphasis on front of house staff
- assist in business administration including payroll human resources marketing and financial reporting
- promote the business build sales increase profits ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand integrity
- schedule and staff effectively
- handle proper cash management

- oversee to go service and catering
- execute local store grassroots marketing
