Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex fast paced environment
- successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
- must be 21 years of age or older
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to starting work
- legally required certifications as applicable prior to employment

Job Duties
- Manage hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation and atmosphere
- assist General Manager to ensure efficient operations according to company policies and standards
- ensure vendors and suppliers are compensated and meet business needs
- assist in hiring Front of House and Back of House employees
- support training and development of restaurant employees
- manage performance of hourly employees, emphasizing Front of House
- assist with business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing and financial reporting
- promote business, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand integrity
