Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex fast paced environment
  • successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to starting work
  • legally required certifications as applicable prior to employment

  • basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • general knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry

  • ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • ability to build relationships at all levels

Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation and atmosphere
  • assist General Manager to ensure efficient operations according to company policies and standards
  • ensure vendors and suppliers are compensated and meet business needs
  • assist in hiring Front of House and Back of House employees
  • support training and development of restaurant employees
  • manage performance of hourly employees, emphasizing Front of House
  • assist with business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing and financial reporting
  • promote business, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand integrity
