Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years full service restaurant management experience
  • Completion of food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Qualifications

  • Successful completion of food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills in customer-service and hospitality environment
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification is required prior to employment

Job Duties

  • Manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on Front of House employees
  • Assist General Manager in employee selection and training
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through quality food, beverage, and atmosphere
  • Oversee safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships
  • Handle scheduling and staffing needs
  • Support payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting activities
