Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years full service restaurant management experience
- Completion of food safety and sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Strong operational skills in customer-service and hospitality environment
- Strong coaching skills
- Intermediate mathematical computation skills

- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification is required prior to employment
Job Duties
- Manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on Front of House employees
- Assist General Manager in employee selection and training
- Ensure guest satisfaction through quality food, beverage, and atmosphere
- Oversee safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships
- Handle scheduling and staffing needs
- Support payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting activities
