Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize costs
- develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer traffic and sales
- handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets to meet profitability goals
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain quality standards and efficient service delivery
