  • experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software

  • demonstrated success in staff development and team leadership
  • experience in marketing and customer relationship management within the restaurant industry

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize costs
  • develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer traffic and sales
  • handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets to meet profitability goals
  • collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain quality standards and efficient service delivery
