Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to handle fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to upholding company values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage both Front of House and Back of House operations
  • Experience with performance evaluations coaching and employee development
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interviewing and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours of the restaurant
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line Taste and Temps inspections
  • Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to maintain safety
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
