Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to handle fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage both Front of House and Back of House operations
- Experience with performance evaluations coaching and employee development
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interviewing and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours of the restaurant
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste and Temps inspections
- Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to maintain safety
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
