Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to work five 10-hour shifts per week
- Availability to work holidays and weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Commitment to providing outstanding guest service

- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver's license
- Must be fluent in English
Job Duties
- Combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results
- Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs effectively
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and hospitable work environment
- Collaborate with home office support to achieve business goals
