Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring quality and efficiency
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with CDC guidelines
- Develop and mentor team members fostering growth and engagement
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs effectively
- Support the General Manager in achieving business goals
- Build strong relationships with guests and team members to promote a positive culture
