Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Commitment to upholding company values and standards

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with CDC guidelines
  • Develop and mentor team members fostering growth and engagement
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs effectively
  • Support the General Manager in achieving business goals
  • Build strong relationships with guests and team members to promote a positive culture
