Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid ServSafe alcohol certification required
Completion of all legally required certifications before starting work
Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to handle changing priorities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
Food safety and sanitation training completion
Ability to manage employee performance
Strong organizational and planning skills
Effective communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

Manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
Oversee safety, cleanliness, and facility maintenance
Assist in payroll, human resources, and financial reporting
Support training, development, and performance management of staff
Manage vendor and supplier relationships
Schedule and staff shifts effectively
Promote marketing efforts including local store and grassroots initiatives
