Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
Availability to work up to 50 hours per week with two days off including one weekend off per month
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
Commitment to career growth within the hospitality industry

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational compliance
Commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is a plus

Job Duties

Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and CDC guidelines
Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth
Implement training and development programs to enhance team members' skills
Monitor and achieve business goals through effective leadership and operational management
Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
