Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- Availability to work up to 50 hours per week with two days off including one weekend off per month
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Commitment to career growth within the hospitality industry

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and CDC guidelines
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth
- Implement training and development programs to enhance team members' skills
- Monitor and achieve business goals through effective leadership and operational management
- Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
