Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Availability to work up to 50 hours per week with two days off including one weekend off per month
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • Commitment to career growth within the hospitality industry

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and CDC guidelines
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance team members' skills
  • Monitor and achieve business goals through effective leadership and operational management
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
