Job Requirements

- Handle scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency
- Engage with guests to resolve issues and foster a welcoming dining experience
- Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team skills and career growth
- Monitor financial performance including sales, expenses, and budgets to meet business objectives
