Job Duties
- Supervise staff in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work

- assist team members with job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs

- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet and assist guests addressing food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- manage daily operations including cash control, financial reports, and schedules
- control food costs through recipe adherence and inventory management
- manage labor costs via scheduling and sales analysis
- perform all other duties as assigned
