- College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions or functions
- Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching the team
- Create a fun and inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- Identify 5 Star Talent and put the right people in the right places at the right time through effective scheduling
- Manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant with support from the General Manager or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits through effective team and restaurant management
- Staff, hire, and train team members
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Drive teamwork and complete administrative tasks as required
