Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions or functions
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager by coaching the team
  • Create a fun and inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
  • Identify 5 Star Talent and put the right people in the right places at the right time through effective scheduling
  • Manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant with support from the General Manager or District Manager
  • Drive sales and profits through effective team and restaurant management
  • Staff, hire, and train team members
  • Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Drive teamwork and complete administrative tasks as required
