Job Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry
  • bachelor's degree in hospitality restaurant or culinary management preferred
  • excellent interpersonal communication problem-solving and organizational ability
  • passion for creating and personalizing guest experiences
  • food handler certification if applicable
  • flexible schedule able to work evenings weekends and holidays when needed

Job Duties

  • create an exciting innovative and memorable dining experience for all guests
  • lead a well-rounded and knowledgeable front-of-house team
  • evaluate daily restaurant service performance and coordinate timely food production
  • participate in evaluation of food products kitchen employee performance and development of products
  • develop a selection and pricing strategy for liquors and wines and supervise their procurement
  • assist the General Manager in building and meeting financial objectives through budget process and marketing plan execution
  • communicate with management employee and accounting staff provide training and conduct performance evaluations for staff
  • implement ongoing training programs for management and employees
  • ensure daily cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
  • supervise non-supervisory service employees
  • carry out supervisory responsibilities including hiring training assigning directing appraising coaching and resolving problems
