Job Requirements

  • Full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work onsite at new store location
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organized and results-driven work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Highly organized and deadline-focused
  • Experience managing large teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, ordering, and inventory management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a team of friendly food service professionals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Provide effective coaching and feedback to team members
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering processes
  • Ensure excellent guest relations and build strong customer connections
  • Maintain organization and drive results through deadline-oriented management
  • Master every position in the restaurant to support team training and performance
