Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
  • Availability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, ordering, and inventory control

  • 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • Strong coaching and team-building skills
  • Organized and deadline-oriented with a focus on results
  • Ability to master all restaurant positions before training others
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Humble and eager to learn
  • Experience managing large teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with kitchen operations and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Coach team members through effective feedback and training
  • Ensure inventory control and ordering to maintain stock levels
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members
  • Handle scheduling to meet business needs including nights, weekends, and holidays
