Job Requirements

- previous restaurant management experience
- ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- strong leadership qualities
- knowledge of cost control and safety/sanitation practices
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work 50-60 hours per week

Job Duties
- Performs all tasks related to hiring and terminations
- schedules employees based on sales forecast data
- ability to successfully operate every station
- assign shift positions and daily tasks related to the operation
- quarterbacks rushes
- keeps accurate records using provided resources
- contributes to team effort by taking on additional tasks as needed
- ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
