Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time and flexible hours
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in kitchen operations and inventory control
  • Ability to build relationships with guests and team members

  • 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing large teams
  • Skilled in inventory and order management
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach a team of restaurant staff
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Provide effective feedback and develop team members
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering
  • Maintain positive relationships with guests and staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor financial performance and control costs
