Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant
  • Ability to work no more than 50 hours per week with 2 days off
  • Must be people-focused and results-oriented
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Valid work authorization

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure adherence to company safety and sanitation protocols
  • Monitor and enhance restaurant operations including inventory and financial management
  • Develop and motivate staff through training and performance feedback
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs to optimize efficiency
  • Maintain strong community relations and support local initiatives
  • Report operational issues and improvements to General Manager
