Job Duties
- Lead through service and support the team
- Maintain team and guest focus during shifts
- Partner with management in coaching and training
- Manage Points of Service and delegate tasks
- Engage with guests to exceed expectations
- Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
- Oversee restaurant cleanliness and safety
- Manage food preparation and portioning standards
- Support sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expense objectives
- Attend team meetings and assist in schedule preparation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Deliver high-level guest service to drive satisfaction and engagement
