Job Duties

  • Lead through service and support the team
  • Maintain team and guest focus during shifts
  • Partner with management in coaching and training
  • Manage Points of Service and delegate tasks
  • Engage with guests to exceed expectations
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
  • Oversee restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • Manage food preparation and portioning standards
  • Support sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expense objectives
  • Attend team meetings and assist in schedule preparation
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Deliver high-level guest service to drive satisfaction and engagement
