Job Requirements

Availability to operate the restaurant on any shifts
Willingness to work a 50 hour work schedule including 5 days of 10 hour shifts or more
Ability to hire, train and develop team effectively
Commitment to adhering to Wendy's standards and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management or related field
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to work flexible shifts
Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and develop staff
Familiarity with health and safety standards

Job Duties

Provide team with skill, leadership, training and motivation to run a great restaurant that meets customer satisfaction using Wendy's standards and procedures
Ensure restaurant profits by managing operations efficiently
Hire, train and develop staff members
Operate restaurant on any shifts as needed
Work scheduled work week of 5 days, 10 hour shifts or more
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
