Job Duties

Engages with team members and guests to ensure excellent service
maintains a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and front door to oversee guest experience
oversees learning and development of hourly team members
organizes scheduling for front of house team members
interviews and hires front of house team members to meet staffing goals
manages bar inventory and ordering
conducts bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer in coordination with the team
