Job Duties

  • Engages with team members and guests to ensure excellent service
  • maintains a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and front door to oversee guest experience
  • oversees learning and development of hourly team members
  • organizes scheduling for front of house team members
  • interviews and hires front of house team members to meet staffing goals
  • manages bar inventory and ordering
  • conducts bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer in coordination with the team
