Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, full-service environment
  • Food manager certification
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedules
  • Willingness to fill in and manage multiple operational areas as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, full-service environment
  • Proven passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Food manager certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
  • Engage in hiring, training, and development of team members
  • Review and analyze financial information to drive sales and profitability
  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by fostering a guest-first mentality
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
  • Fill in where needed to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction
