Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years managing restaurant operations
  • Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong leadership and customer service focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Cracker Barrel
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage busy shifts
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach, develop, and lead team members to deliver excellent guest service
  • Manage inventory and ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead by example to promote a positive work environment
