Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • minimum of one year of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • successful completion of corporate training program
  • strong communication skills including conflict resolution and mentorship
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • commitment to leadership development
  • capacity to manage both front and back-of-house operations
