Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage both front and back-of-house operations effectively
  • Capability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory and ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain composure and lead effectively during busy shifts
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences that reflect country hospitality
  • Balance operational focus with people-first leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
