Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year management experience including Profit and Loss management
  • Availability to work 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to drive and manage workplace change
  • Strong Profit and Loss management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS software
  • Ability to stand, bend, scoop and lift up to 40 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working occasionally in walk-in coolers and freezers
  • Experience in restaurant management, food service, outside sales or outdoor recreation retail preferred
  • Skills a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in restaurant management or hospitality preferred
  • Minimum 1 year management experience including Profit and Loss management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and employee management skills
  • Enthusiastic brand ambassador for health and wellness
  • Ability to influence store direction and community outreach
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and POS software
  • Comfortable with physical demands of the role
  • Experience in restaurant management, food service, outside sales or outdoor recreation retail preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage overall store operations including team leadership and development
  • Oversee sales performance, guest service, and community involvement
  • Manage Profit and Loss, staffing, and inventory costs
  • Utilize financial tools to analyze reports and address performance trends
  • Ensure productivity, sales, and budgets are met
  • Train, coach, counsel, and discipline team members and shift managers
  • Lead execution of Jamba standards to create excellent guest experiences
  • Recognize outstanding work and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain knowledge of local trade area and community
  • Develop positive relations through marketing and sponsorship
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cash handling and operational policies
