Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily restaurant operations including inventory, scheduling, and financial performance
- Maintain high standards of safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
- Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and operational execution
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee development and teamwork
- Collaborate with General Manager on staffing, training, and performance evaluations
