Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years experience in QSR industry or full service concept
- ServSafe certified
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and detail oriented skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and math skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Ability to travel including overnight stays

Job Duties
- Fully staff the store with quality people
- Recruiting, hiring, and retaining all restaurant employees
- Ensuring the entire team is certified according to current training process
- Creating a service oriented culture
- Promoting fun and teamwork
- Evaluating performance and recommending salary increases
- Administering disciplinary actions including suspension and termination
- Developing and growing team members and future managers
- Executing Del Taco standards and processes 100% of the time
- Maintaining the facility and customer areas
- Maintaining all equipment to operational and safety standards
- Delivering quality products to brand standards
- Adhering to cleaning schedules and standards
- Ensuring proper employee uniforms
- Ensuring consistent service experience
- Managing POP and signage placement
- Identifying and communicating sales goals
- Aligning staffing with projected sales
- Increasing customer count and check average
- Executing local store marketing opportunities
- Monitoring local events and competition
- Executing speed and service standards
- Implementing marketing promotions and campaigns
- Managing staffing levels to sales
- Complying with labor laws
- Ordering and managing inventory efficiently
- Ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures
- Performing cash audits
- Executing safety and health standards
