Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum of 2 years restaurant management or retail management experience
  • high-energy and fun-loving personality
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • reliable transportation
  • physical stamina to stand or walk 9-10 hours per day
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • tolerate high noise levels and potential allergens
  • ability to work fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Monitor restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of food and guest service
  • understand and ensure adherence to food safety and alcohol compliance standards
  • communicate with team members, guests, vendors, and concept personnel to address various needs
  • lead and coach team to provide remarkable food, drinks, and hospitality
  • proactively identify opportunities to enhance the team by interviewing and hiring exceptional talent for job openings
  • serve as a role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards
  • foster open communication between team members and management
