Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- minimum of 2 years restaurant management or retail management experience
- high-energy and fun-loving personality
- strong leadership skills
- excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- reliable transportation
- physical stamina to stand or walk 9-10 hours per day
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- tolerate high noise levels and potential allergens
- ability to work fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Monitor restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of food and guest service
- understand and ensure adherence to food safety and alcohol compliance standards
- communicate with team members, guests, vendors, and concept personnel to address various needs
- lead and coach team to provide remarkable food, drinks, and hospitality
- proactively identify opportunities to enhance the team by interviewing and hiring exceptional talent for job openings
- serve as a role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards
- foster open communication between team members and management
