Job Duties
- Assist in supervising coaching and motivating front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Support execution of opening mid and closing procedures
- Help onboard new team members and support ongoing training
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure adherence to health safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management ordering and receiving
- Support scheduling efforts to ensure appropriate staffing and labor cost control
