Job Duties

  • Assist in supervising coaching and motivating front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Support execution of opening mid and closing procedures
  • Help onboard new team members and support ongoing training
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure adherence to health safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory management ordering and receiving
  • Support scheduling efforts to ensure appropriate staffing and labor cost control
