Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Ability to perform all job duties including lifting up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays on rotating schedules
- Must meet health regulations related to food handling
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work with all menu products and handle chemicals safely
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Licensed driver with reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hour shifts
- Ability to tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and freezer areas
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and work under stress
- Basic math skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Licensed to operate an automobile and have reliable transportation
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
Job Duties
- Supervise 15 to 20 crew members during assigned shifts
- Ensure proper execution of restaurant operations
- Uphold service and quality standards
- Collaborate with the General Manager on employee hiring, coaching, and retention
- Monitor food preparation, service, and restaurant sanitation
- Assist in interpreting financial and operational reports
- Drive sales and community relationship development
- Enforce security procedures and asset management
- Maintain compliance with employment policies and regulations
- Address and resolve customer and employee issues
- Support teamwork and assist with additional duties as assigned
