Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • completed Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager and/or 2 years as First Assistant Manager or 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • ability to lift 10-65 lbs
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • willingness to travel between restaurants as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred for internal candidates
  • AA degree acceptable for external candidates
  • BA/BS in business or related field preferred
  • minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager and/or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • ServSafe certification required
  • ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • proven analytical skills
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • proficiency in computer use and software applications
  • ability to perform basic math calculations
  • strong decision-making and independent judgment skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
  • create an employee-friendly, clean, safe, and fun restaurant environment
  • motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
  • respond to guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • analyze restaurant operational and financial performance and execute action plans
  • maintain compliance with policies, procedures, food safety requirements, and labor laws
  • maintain brand image through cleanliness and maintenance
  • serve as role model for excellent guest service
