Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- completed Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager and/or 2 years as First Assistant Manager or 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment
- willingness to travel between restaurants as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred for internal candidates
- AA degree acceptable for external candidates
- BA/BS in business or related field preferred
- minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager and/or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- ServSafe certification required
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- proven analytical skills
- valid driver's license and insurance
- proficiency in computer use and software applications
- ability to perform basic math calculations
- strong decision-making and independent judgment skills
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
- create an employee-friendly, clean, safe, and fun restaurant environment
- motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- respond to guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- analyze restaurant operational and financial performance and execute action plans
- maintain compliance with policies, procedures, food safety requirements, and labor laws
- maintain brand image through cleanliness and maintenance
- serve as role model for excellent guest service
