Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
minimum 3 years restaurant manager experience in fine or upscale dining or resort environment
knowledge of menu creation and cost controls
excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
flexible work schedule

Job Duties

managing overall food and beverage outlet operations
holding daily staff meetings
interviewing and hiring staff
training and scheduling staff
evaluating performance and coaching staff
disciplining and managing staff exit process
assisting staff hands-on in restaurant operations
monitoring guest service, safety, and cleanliness standards
coordinating special events
